The family Camping Trip

Well camping season is almost upon us, Its time throw the family and all the camping equipment in the car, hook onto the boat and take a trip to the lake for a weekend of somewhat leisure. The only down side it takes hours to load the car and when you get to the lake, it takes an hour or two to set up camp. That is when the leisure part comes into play. The Kids will hike all over the park. Oddly when they’re at home, they won’t walk around the block. Your family will fish, water ski, swim, get more exercise than they have had all week. Then its time for dinner there is nothing like eating food cooked on an open fire in the great outdoors. Though it’s the same food, you eat at home it just seams to taste better. At bed time you go into the tent get everybody settled in for the night and get to go to sleep hearing all the sounds of nature. After two or three days of this activity it is time to go home. Pack up the tent, roll up the sleeping bags you get the idea. It always seams to take longer to pack up camp then it did to set it up, Im not sure why.
