Have you ever been on a camping trip and all the wood was damp or green you just couldn’t get a fire started. If you are like most people you have a bag of charcoal that you planned to use to cook those burgers, take a handful of charcoal place it in the bottom of the fire pit place some small pieces of wood over them and fire them up. In just a few moments it will make a bed of hot charcoal that will dry the wood and you will have a roaring fire in no time.
